Great location, nice clean, comfortable accommodation. Positive: Great location, great accomodation. Easy check in. Negative: The water pressure was poor and the accomodation was up 5 levels (hence the water pressure) but this was expected so not an issue for us.

Good Positive: The room was clean and just a step away from the Duomo perfect location. Negative: Unfortunately, there were also some negatives. There should have been a bottle of water in the room, a second trash bin, a curtain on the bathroom window, and a toilet brush. Additionally, there were opened shampoo bottles in the bathroom (such as Pantene, etc.), which were probably left by previous guests, as the room already provided sample-sized shampoo and soap.

Ein Apartment in zentraler Lage welches in der Beschreibung deutlich besser ausschaut als in echt. Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte aller Art sind im Umkreis und in jeder Preisklasse verfügbar. Negative: In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist schwer zu erkennen welches der verschiedenen Apartments man am Ende eigentlich bucht. Der auf den Bildern gezeigte Balkon ist nur für ein Apartment verfügbar. Unsere Unterkunft hatte nur ein Fenster in einen schmalen, unschönen Hinterhof und ein weit oben liegendes Dachfenster. Dieses allerdings zeigte das obere Drittel des Glockenturmes der Kathedrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Insgesamt hätte ich mir etwas menschlichen Kontakt bei den Übergaben und etwas persönliche Einrichtung des Apartments gewünscht. In touristisch stark frequentierten Orten haben sich Schlüsselboxen und eine Abwicklung per WhatsApp verbreitet, die nicht unseren Stil des Reisens entspricht. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft war sicherlich funktionell und zweckmäßig, mehr aber auch nicht.

Great location Positive: Kitchen has full sized fridge with an oven and stove top. No microwave. Great shower and washing machine is handy to keep traveling. Negative: We didn't know we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Also, in the listing it shows a terrace however we did not have access to a terrace.
